CHESAPEAKE CASUALS, a supplier of gifts and accessories for garden and home, offers Photo Memories, picture frames that spell out significant events and people in word cutouts. The units contain a compressed wood frame, glass front and the matte cutouts. The buyer simply inserts photos into the letters. 
There are approximately 150 different spelled out cutouts. Among the favorites are grandkids, our family, memories, vacation, friends, anniversary, our baby, beach, boating, my garden, baseball and other sports and I love my horse, which is actually among the best sellers.
The frames come in three sizes, eight inches high by 28, 30 and 32 inches wide. They are offered in a choice of four finishes: white, black, rustic and oak. Mattes come in a choice of nine colors: light blue, cream, sage green, dark blue, navy blue, black, pink, orange and purple.
The minimum order is 10 units, and it can include any mix of sizes, frame finishes, matte colors and sayings. Retailers that display one of the frames with photos (possibly of store personnel) automatically attract attention that leads to faster sell through.
The wholesale price is $14. Suggested retail is $30.
