TERMS:
New accounts will be shipped C.O.D Cash or Money Order, or Prepaid. All orders are shipped C.O.D. unless a credit application is on file for your company. We comply with all Federal and State laws. You will be charged Tax (8.25%) on your order unless you provide us with a valid resale certificate, which must be faxed or emailed to us prior to shipping

PAYMENT ACCEPTED:
We accept pay pal, credit cards, COD and certified checks. A $25 will be collected on each return check.

MINIMUM ORDER :
Our minimum order is $ 100.00 not including shipping cost. Due to constant price changing of the items, our company has the right to change the prices without notice and goods will be billed at price effect the day of shipment. We will do our best to notify our customer of any price change.

SHIPPING METHODS:
Freight charge will be paid by customer. We ship Via (UPS), except hazardous materials. All hazardous materials will be shipped via trucking company. call our office to get a quote from trucking services

RETURN POLICY:
A written authorization most be obtained form our office before any return. Damaged and defective merchandise must be reported within 3 business days. Credit will be given on the next purchase after merchandise have been received by our warehouse.
