RETURN POLICY:
Please note any exceptions or damage on the freight bill or delivery record. Make a claim for shortage or damage with the carrier; keep all boxes and goods for inspection by the carrier. Notify our customer service department of any kind of problems immediately. We do not accept overstock returns. Should it be necessary, defective goods returns should be processed by contacting our customer service department and obtaining a returns goods authorization number. In order to expedite the process we ask that you contact UPS for pickup and record the date the merchandise was picked up. UltraViolet Distributing cannot issue credit if it is not traceable. Returns can only be accepted in boxes marked with an RA# and freight shipped prepaid with a return address marked clearly on the box. Shipments received with freight charges due will be refused.
