About our Products: We carry a wide selection of ever-changing giftware an collectables including poly resin  figurines, dolls, knives, seasonal products and other popular novelty items. All figurines unless other wise noted are made of polyresin. All knives unless noted other wise are either 440 stainless steel or carbon steel. All dolls are made of porcelain bisque unless noted other wise. All products are made in china unless noted otherwise. Please feel free to contact us concerning any questions you may have concerning any of our products. Due to our rapidly changing inventory we do not have a printed catalog.

Hours of Operation: Phone orders 8:00 - 4:00 Monday - Friday, Showroom Hours: 9:00 - 3:00 Monday - Thursday, Friday by appointment only. Please call at least a day in advance to schedule an appointment.

 Claims: All claims must be filed with in 7 calendar days from the day you receive your order.  Only one claim per order can be accepted, please check all your merchandise thoroughly
Defective or Absent Merchandise: Please contact us concerning any defective or absent merchandise. Only one claim per order can be accepted, please check all your merchandise thoroughly.

Broke or Damaged Merchandise: We are not responsible for damages that occur during transit.

Please contact your carrier concerning items damaged during transit.

Please retain all the original packing material from the damaged product as well as the original packing carton for inspection.

LTL Trucking:

For orders Shipped by LTL Trucking please inspect the order upon delivery. Please have all visible damages noted at the time of delivery by the driver. At delivery please count the number of cartons and verify this matches the amount on the drives slip. Please have all shortages noted at the time of delivery.  Notify us immediately of all shortages and or damages.

Return Policy:

BL Gifts Imports reserves the right to require the item(s) be returned in order to receive credit. Returns will only be accepted on products that are defective and or damaged and only at the request of BL Gifts Imports. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All returns must be in original packaging and free of price stickers and all none original markings. There is a 25% restocking fee for all merchandise returned to our warehouse for reasons other than defective or damaged products. Returns must be received within 10 days of the return request.  All refunds will be issued as in house credit only. Shipping cost are none refundable. All orders refused or returned undelivered will be billed a 25% restocking fee on the total merchandise PLUS full freight charges.

Minimum Order
$50.00 you may combine products to meet the minimum order.

Terms
Sales Terms: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. If you wish to order by credit card we require the following information: credit card number, expiration date, name and billing address of the cardholder. Please note billing address may be different than the business address. Any delinquent payments will incur interest, collection and all legal fees at the expense of the customer.  

We apologize but we Do NOT offer C.O. D as a payment option.

Merchandise prices and specifications are current but are subject to change without notice. All items offered are subject to prior sale. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

For those customers who purchase over two thousand dollars and purchase by the sold case pack please contact our sales staff by phone concerning our quantity discounts.

Shipping:  All shipments F.O.B. Warriors Mark Pennsylvania. Shipping is determined by the net weight, box size, and the destination of the order. Each order is different depending on the items that are chosen. We can not calculate shipping cost until the order is processed and weighed. Excess Charges Levied by Ups and FedEx ($5.00 per Box) for a wrong address will be charged back to the provider of a wrong address.  All orders leave our warehouse with in one to three business days. During busy times of the year please plan a head. All orders are pulled on a first come first serve basis.
