Cathy's Concepts is a leading wholesale manufacturer and distributor of gifts for all occasions, personalized gifts, wedding accessories, spa accessories and novelty apparel. Founded in 1988 by Cathy LaValley, Cathy's Concepts is a privately held company, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. We have a state of the art distribution center, fully staffed design team, sales team and customer service call center on site.

What started as a small wholesale jewelry company serving independent bridal retailers has grown into a nationally recognized brand. As our product line expanded so did our customer base. Now in addition to bridal accessories, we offer a wide selection of gifts for all occasions. Our main focus is drop shipping personalized wedding accessories and gifts to the end consumer through retail catalogs, and online internet retailers. Bridal retailers and gift stores also figure into the mix helping us to keep a diverse base of customers.

We do not allow returns or exchanges on any merchandise. All sales are final. If you received a damaged item, please see our replacement policy below.

Replacements
Cathy's Concepts strives to stand behind their merchandise 100%. Should you receive a damaged or broken item, please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 969-7417 within 2 business days of receipt of shipment. You must have the original invoice number when you call. We will address each case individually and determine how we will send out a replacement at no charge. We only replace damaged items with the exact same product style number from the original order. Personalized products can not be replaced unless the item has been misprinted with an error from our side or has been damaged in shipping. Please always double check your orders to ensure that the personalization is entered correctly before sending. We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer.

When you place your replacement shipment claim, you will receive a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, or an ARS (Authorized Return Sticker). Following the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us. Do not include anything else in your return shipment.
