Since 1993, DDW Distribution Company has been servicing a large segment of retailers and wholesalers with our lines of ceramic / polyresin figurines, designer imposter perfumes, fine spices, and herbal teas. DDW is a direct importer of a large variety of figurines which are suitable for gift stores, variety stores, and dollar stores. Our new management team is successfully interacting directly with our overseas factories, eliminating the need for agents and passing the savings on to our customers. We here at DDW communicate daily and directly with our specialized factories thereby providing our customers with more new products, faster deliveries and higher quality products, while still delivering the same competitive pricing that our customers desire. Our staff will work with you in a courteous and professional manner with the main goal to ship your order within 48-hours from our well stocked spacious modern warehouse.

About Our Products
Our poly-resin and ceramic products are designed and come from specially selected overseas factories which have developed extensive world class quality control procedures to insure high quality standards. Their products are manufactured utilizing high grade raw materials; in addition to this many of our specialized factories are ISO9000 certified to insure a quality finished product. Most products are hand painted with much attention paid to realistic details in order to enhance the final presentation of the product to you customers. We distribute the full line of "Spice It" brand spices and teas from our well stocked inventory at very competitive prices. In addition, we carry a fine line of designer imposter perfumes, in a variety of size bottles and well-known popular brand names.

OEM - Event Planners-Promoters
Need something special for your event or company? We can supply custom designs or modify one of our existing products to meet your special needs. We will work with you and the overseas design team every step to insure that your order meets or exceeds your expectations. Minimum order quantities do apply and a design fee may apply. Special Orders
Special orders are welcome with quantity discounts but do require specific minimums to be met and a 50% non-refundable deposit. Call for specific details.

Return Policy
It is not our general policy to accept returns. If the occasion arises that a return is necessary, written authorization must be obtained prior to shipping any merchandise. Shipping cost are the responsibility of the returnee and all returned shipment must be sent "Freight Prepaid". There will be a 20% restocking charge.

Minimum Order
Minimum order is $75.00 We offer discounted freight on all figurine orders $1500.00 & up. Please see the spices section for free freight requirements on spices. All C.O.D. shipment carry additional C.O.D. fee charges.

Terms
All orders are prepaid by credit card either through or secure web site or via phone or fax transmission or C.O.D. money order / bank check (C.O.D. package will incur an additional C.O.D. fee) All shipment are FOB Brooksville, Florida. Unless otherwise specified, all shipments are shipped "Freight Collect". The sizes and description are accurate to the best of our ability. Depending on the physical size and weight of the shipment, UPS or LTL carrier will be used. Since the shipping charges are paid by the customer, your choice carrier will be used if advised at time of order or we will utilize our best quote from our selected carriers. All freight discounts are passed on to the customers. We offer 10% "freight cap" on all figurine orders of $1500.00 or more. Spice orders have "free freight" or "freight caps" depending on the order quantity. Please refer to the spice section for exact details. All other shipments are shipped "Freight Collect". Our merchandise is inspected and carefully packed prior to shipment and exits our facility in perfect condition. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed from the freight carrier. If damages are visible at time of delivery, such damages must be noted on the bill of lading or other delivery documents. If you notice any concealed damage after the delivery personnel has left, keep all the original packing material and notify the delivery carrier to file a claim. As we cannot be responsible for damages that occur in transit, we would be happy to assist you in filing any claims.
