Eastern Origins is a registered trademark of Silver Street Group Ltd. Under the Eastern Origins brand, Silver Street Group Ltd. makes available a vast assortment of products, all sourced in SE Asia. Our goal is to offer our customers as much variety as possible over a number of different product categories including, but not limited to handicrafts, jewelry, apparel, personal care products, furniture, homeware and more. Our site will be rapidly expanding throughout 2007 and we expect to have at least 5,000 different items available by the end of the year. TERMS:
All orders are prepaid only at this time. All products shipped across international borders may be subject to additional brokerage fees, as well as duties and taxes assessed by the importing country. These fees are generally based on the following: 1. Value of the merchandise 2. Description of the merchandise 3. Country of origin 4. Country where goods were shipped. PAYMENT ACCEPTED:
Payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. Please note that charges will be billed under the name Silver Street Group Ltd.

MINIMUM ORDER :
In general we prefer orders of at least $500, however we are flexible depending on the item. Please note that a number of our products require orders significantly higher than $500. This will be noted in the product description.

SHIPPING METHODS:
In most cases we will ship via UPS. For larger items such as furniture, which must be shipped by sea, we use DHL. Due to the vast assortment of goods we make available, it is impossible to quote an exact shipping price up front. Therefore, we will generate one invoice intially for the cost of goods and a second invoice for the cost of shipping once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. We do NOT profit on shipping whatsoever and shipping from SE Asia is actually quite reasonable as we are able to pass along a 40% discount that we receive from UPS. (For example, 55 pounds door to door to the US currently runs at about US$145) We are happy to give a shipping cost estimate before an order is finalized. Many of our items are made to order and will not be shipped immediately upon the receipt of your order. If time is an issue, please inquire into the expected delivery time.

RETURN POLICY:
All sales are final unless an item is clearly defective. Defective items will be replaced by us free of charge once they are received at our head office in Butte, MT. Shipping and handling charges involved with returning an item are the responsibility of the customer. If an order is cancelled before delivery, a restocking fee equal to 35% of the order value will become due immediately.
