About Our Products
Under the Eastern Origins brand, Silver Street Group Ltd. makes available a vast assortment of products, all sourced in SE Asia. Our goal is to offer our customers as much variety as possible over a number of different product categories including, but not limited to handicrafts, jewelry, apparel, personal care products, furniture, homeware and more. Our site will be rapidly expanding throughout 2007 and we expect to have at least 5,000 different items available by the end of the year. Return Policy
All sales are final unless an item is clearly defective. Defective items will be replaced by us free of charge once they are received at our head office in LA. Shipping and handling charges involved with returning an item are the responsibility of the customer. If an order is cancelled before delivery, a restocking fee equal to 35% of the order value will become due immediately.

Minimum Order
In general we prefer orders of at least $250, however we are flexible depending on the item. If you wish to place a smaller order, please contact us.

Terms
All orders are prepaid only at this time. All products shipped across international borders may be subject to additional brokerage fees, as well as duties and taxes assessed by the importing country. These fees are generally based on the following: 1. Value of the merchandise 2. Description of the merchandise 3. Country of origin 4. Country where goods were shipped.
