Shipping Info:
Most of our orders ship within 3-5 business days via UPS Ground Service. When your order is placed online, shipping charges are not included. Once your order is packed, we will send you email which includes shipping charges. Shipping charges are based on weight and size of boxes as well as the destination. You will then receive an email confirmation with the Tracking information.

Our shipping department makes sure that your merchandise is packed carefully. We are not responsible for damages via shipping. The customer will be responsible for claiming damages by the shipping company.

Return Policy:
Customers must call within 5 days of original purchase to return any item. If your order arrives damaged or otherwise needs to be returned, do not mail the package back to us without obtaining an Authorization. Misuse of, or used items will not be accepted for return. All return items must be shipped in the Original Packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable.

All GA buyers are subject to 7% sales tax unless they have a GA Retail License.

Customers may pick up orders THEY HAVE PLACED at our warehouse.
Our warehouse hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and by appointment on Saturday.
