Limited warranty does not apply to breakage or malfunction due to accident, improper handling, abuse, or poor maintenance. Any modification / alteration on the gun will void this warranty. Buyer is responsible for shipping defective item back to us within 7 days after notice us the issue. We only ship your replacement with your next order or refund purchase amount. We simply need to control costs so that we can continue to offer the lowest wholesale prices. Same policy applies to shipping damage claim. Buyer need to hold shipping damaged item and package till UPS's inspection or notice from us. We normally don't accept non-defective return. We usually ship your order within 2 business days after receive your order. All orders ship by UPS ground or usps priority mail. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimension of packages and your address. If you know aprox. Weight of the product, You can also get estimate of shipping cost and delivery days on ups.com, usps.com by yourself. When you do estimate on UPS.com, please use 69 LB as the max. weight for one package. UPS will have extra charge for package weigh over 70 Lb and oversized packages. You can also ask us to give you a quote on shipping cost. No overcharge shipping from us. Delivery will take 2-5 business days for UPS ground/standard service to 48 contiguous US states. The UPS ground/standard service is available Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM, Eastern Standard Time.
