We carry a wide variety of products from sporting goods to fantasy knives to smoking accessories. We try to offer the best quality products at the best possible prices. If you would like to request a free catalog, please fax us a copy of you business license or reseller?s permit with all contact information to 916-739-8644, we will mail you out a catalog upon receipt of fax.
Return Policy
Return Policy
Only damaged merchandise (by delivery company) or manufacturer defect may be returned. If you receive broken or defective merchandise or shortages, you must contact us within one (1) business day of receiving your order. NO EXCEPTIONS! Any claim made after that will have to be forfeited. When reporting broken merchandise we ask that you please keep the contents in the original packaging for five (5) business days after contacting us.
If you would like to return any other merchandise, for any other reason than what is stated above, you are responsible for the shipping. In addition you must also contact us to notify us of any returns within 15 days of your purchase delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Minimum Order
We do ask that you make at least a $100.00 minimum purchase, and with such a wide variety of products its hard not to!!We do offer the following discounts:
Orders over $300.00 receive a 5% discount.
Orders over $1,000.00 receive a 10% discount.
Orders over $2,000.00 receive a 15% discount.
Terms
Shipping and Handling:
We use UPS for shipping. Shipping rates will not show up on your order becasue they are based on the weight of your package. You may call us to get a rough estimate of what shipping would cost, but keep in mind that it is just an estimate.
Payment:
· First time purchases have to be made with a valid credit card purchase.
· After a business relationship has been established, you may apply for C.O.D. money order or cashier?s check purchases.
· Orders prepaid will be shipped after checks are cleared.
