We process all orders based on FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis. We do not guarantee all orders will be shipped on on the same day your order is placed. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process your order. If you require your order to be shipped out on the same day your order is placed, there will be $10 handling fee and you need to mention that in the comment field when you check out or call us at 972-243-9090.

We do not accept international shipping at this point in time.

RETURN POLICY:
** All sales are final for All Clearance Items. All items are sold AS IS for All Clearance Items. No Returns will be accepted. **
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

1. We need to be notified of the manufacture defect item within 7 days of your receipt of the products. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted.

2. The product must not be altered to disguise as a manufacture defect item. Please pack your returns carefully. Returns are usually processed within 7 business days upon receipt and in the form of store credit only.

3. Her Station does not provide warranty on any products that have been used, abused or physical damaged. Item(s) must be returned in original condition, unused, and have all original tags attached. Final approval of any return is based upon receipt and inspection, by Her Station., of the product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return or exchange shipping charges are the sole resposibility of the customer.

4. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

5. Any claim for defective items must be reported to us via E-mail at herstation2purse@gmail.com to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All returns must be accompanied by a RMA number and made within 7 days of the ship date located on the invoice. Returns without prior authorization/RMA number will not be accepted. All RMA request please provide Company name, Invoice number & Date, Contact number,Item number and reason for return on the email. Please indicate the Return Number on the packing slip and outside the box and ship to 11410 Harry Hines Blvd., Ste 102, Dallas, TX 75229.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, all prices, descriptions and availablity are subject to change without notice. The customer is responsible for inquiring & confirming current information at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders placed before the price reduction.

All unauthorized packages will be refused by Her Station. Customer need to pay own's expense to claim the package back or issue call tag to pick up their own package. Receiving Department will not return it back to customer. Do not add new items or Products to an issued RMA number, as any unauthorized item or Products will be refused or the entire shipment may be refused.

Shipment Refusal: If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information,we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided. If no response is received,the customer will be charged 25% restocking fee for refused orders in addition to one-way freight charge. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed,or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge.
