is limited to all items that are made using magnetic clasps. This policy will allow customers the right to have any broken piece replaced free of charge as long as there is no sign of misuse or abuse. Magnetic Jewelry is made to order. There are no returns, exchanges only!
Our Return Policy for strands of beads:
there will be a 15% restocking fee of all returned 16" strands of beads, and they must be in the same condition as you received them.
