About Our Company
JAC's has been in business since 1990. We are a family-owned business (husband and wife team) dealing in an assortment of new merchandise. We strive to offer good quality merchandise at the lowest prices. We try to consistantly offer our customers GREAT deals and fast, friendly personalized service. We started out with our business located in the tiny eastern North Carolina town of Blounts Creek, but have since moved our warehouse to a 35,000 sq ft building in historic downtown Tarboro, North Carolina. Business hours are 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday. WAREHOUSE VISITS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

About Our Products
we do not have a printed catalog. Items listed on our website are IN stock and ready for immediate shipment.

Return Policy
Damaged Goods: All packages are shipped via UPS. All packages shipped are insured for up to $100 per box. Please open your shipment immediately. Obvious damage should be reported to the carrier (UPS) within 24 hours. Concealed damage within 3 business days. Please retain all original packing materials with merchandise until claim is resolved. JAC's is not responsible for damages or shortages that may occur in transit and will not assist with damage claims beyond 7 days after receipt of goods.

Defective Goods: If merchandise is defective, we will issue credit equal to the price of the item. All claims for defective merchandise must be made within 10 business days of receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable. Returned items must be pre-authorized by JAC's, in the same packaging and condition as when recieved. Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

How To Order
The easiest way to place an order with JAC's WholesaleNC.com is by using our online shopping cart. Orders can also be placed via email sent to jacs@wholesalenc.com or we will gladly take your order over the telephone at (252)823-5510 during business hours 9am to 4pm ET, Monday through Friday. FAX your order to (252)823-5517. Please let us know of any problems you encounter while trying to place an order with us.

Minimum Order
Our minimum total for orders is $50, do not ask us to waive the minimum order requirement.. To get the best overall deal, keep in mind that the more you buy the less the average shipping charges per item will be. In other words, a larger order actually will save you money on shipping.

We do not accept C.O.D orders.
We do not accept orders with international billing OR shipping addresses.We ship only to the 50 United States.
We do not drop-ship.
Orders may be shipped to an address other than the billing address, but all orders must meet our $50.00 minimum order requirement. Packages shipped by us will contain our printed invoice and have a shipping label with our return address.

Terms
After you place your order, we will package and weigh the items for accurate shipping costs. Actual UPS Ground shipping charges will be added to the cost of the order.
ACRYLIC FRAMES CUSTOMERS: You can estimate your shipping costs at approximately 5% to 15% of the merchandise total. (the smaller the order, the higher the percentage rate).
NOTE: Customers in Alaska and Hawaii be aware that in most instances actual shipping costs to your destinations will exceed 25% of merchandise cost.
We accept all major credit cards. Credit card payments can be made online, by phone, by fax or by e-mail.
