Yavoy Inc. d/b/a Miami Cool Wear, is a designer, manufacturer and wholesaler of distinctive shirts and custom apparel with a flair. Yavoy Inc. engages in the design, marketing, and distribution of our lines in retail wholesale and custom uniform apparel. Yavoy is a family-owned National Minority approved business that was founded in Miami in 1992. In addition to our various lines and brands of tropical chic attire, Yavoy also creates shirts with custom imprinted logos for use as employee uniforms or corporate sponsor gifts. They have graced the pages of such publications as the New York Post, Forbes.com, Miami Herald, Destination Weddings & Honeymoons, Orlando, Sentinel, Cigar Aficionado and other major magazines and publication throughout the country.

RETURN POLICY:
In order to receive a full refund or credit all of the following points must be complied with: 1. All items must be returned in the same condition as received which means, garments must include Poly Bag / Tags / Clips / Pins / Hangers. 2. Shipping charges will only be credited back to the customer if an error in shipping was committed due to our negligence. 3. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice in order for a credit to be issued to your account. Please return items using the any Ground delivery service. 4. All items must be returned with in 10 days after goods were received by customer. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 10 Days. 5. In the instance that any items were to arrive damaged, please contact us at 305-629-9758 / 786-208-1663, immediately. 6. No credit, refund or exchange will be issued if item has been: Washed / Tailored / Altered / Dry Cleaned / Ironed / Worn / Washed. 7. All credits on returned items or on a canceled order, will be process within 7 - 10 business days.
