Return Policy
Refunds: We offer 100% refund on products if returned to us in new condition within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and possible handling charges that may occur. Cost of all shipping and any duties will be deducted. No returns on special orders. Please contact us before you return items some items can not be returned for refund. If you cancel your order before delivery there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice total.

Minimum Order
We are flexible on Minimum orders if we have the item available without having to make it we will ship it. Shipping costs are not cost effective for you profit wise on small heavy weight orders. If you are not sure send us an email and we will send back an estimated shipping cost before we ship the order. We normally charge the order in two payments one invoice for the order and another invoice the exact shipping cost. We do not profit from shipping. For example: You can order a mix of items from as many categories as you wish a variety of items and if we have them in stock we can ship them in a 25kg (55.25lb) UPS box price approx.$145.00(USA)+ or - (we will adjust shipping cost to the exact cost at the time the order is shipped)to your door in 3 to 7 days with online tracking. Only International Express delivery available by UPS. Please email or send an Excel file to order items, items of a certain color or size.

If ordering HILLTRIBE SILVER/STERLING & OR BODY JEWELRY only - Minimum order is US $250.00 to make it the most cost effective way to ship.

If you want samples please specify which items you would like not all of them will be available because many of them have to be made. If a particular product is out of stock we will send a similar with your approval. Please use the "Add to cart" links in the product category pages and product pages to put your order together or email your order to us to add more detail. For ordering silver by the gram enter the gram weight of each piece times the number of pieces wanted (no tenths) Please no less than 50 grams per piece. If you have a problem with totaling your order or any other problems send the order by e-mail we will help you.

If you send cash to us in the mail we are not responsible.

* Should there be a change to any item, or the total of items from an order, we will advise customers in the confirmation email

* The beads pictured on this site are all handmade. Because of the nature of the process, no two are exactly alike and slight variations may occur. This means that the item you receive may vary slightly from the one shown, although we try to keep the consistency as close to true as possible.

* We are not responsible for any injury caused by the wearing or using of our products.

* All products shipped across international borders may be subject to additional brokerage fees, as well as any duties or taxes assessed by the importing country. These fees are generally based on the following conditions: 1. Value of the merchandise 2. Description of the merchandise 3. In which country the items were manufactured 4. In which country the items were shipped.
