Hello and thank you for your interest in Bambini Infant Wear. Bambini Layette sells wholesale, business-to-business only, including to non-profits, for the purpose of resale or distribution. All of our prices are net wholesale. Our prices are not available to the public or for general publication. We just require your a business with a reseller permit.

Complete and submit the short registration form. (NOTE: In lieu of a Federal Tax ID number, international customers may enter four zeros (0000). U.S customers, including its Territories, must enter a tax ID or business license number).

Shipping Costs and Options (Domestic and International)

We can and do ship anywhere, including internationally. We ship internationally with DHL and the United States Post Office.

Realize that it's not cost-effective to ship a single piece pack of clothing. Its always better to ship a lot of stuff in the box so it's more cost-effective.

Typically shipping happens same day depending on how busy we are.

When placing an order on the website just add the correct ship to address and will bill the shipping accordingly. We have no flat rate fees when it comes to shipping because we have no minimums, so on the website, there will be TBD because there are so many variables that can change the rate on shipping. We check rates with both USPS and FedEx to see whats cheaper. If you want to get quoted we recommend you just email us and will give you a roundabout on how much it would be.

We ship out all the small overs with the United States Post Office. Midsize and Large orders tend to go FedEx ground.

If You Are Shipping Items Under 2 Pounds? USPS will always be cheaper than FedEx or UPS hands down. However as the weight creeps closer to 2 pounds, USPS pretty much reaches pricing parity with UPS and FedEx Ground. USPS really shines when your package weighs less than 13 oz and can be mailed via First Class mail.

We are centrally located in Miamitown, Ohio.

Over 50 years. Lucky Brush is an exciting new brand that we have added to our wholesale product catalog.

4. How do you handle backorders?

We do not place backorders. You will reorder whatever you need on your next PO.

5. If I give you a PO today, how long does it take to leave your warehouse?

It will take 1-2 days to turn around your order depending on what time of day the order is received. Our team will pick your order and prepare it for shipment. Once picked and packed, we will send you an invoice. The order will be released for delivery as soon as the invoice is paid. We are centrally located in Ohio, so your delivery time should not be very long.

6. Do you have a free shipping program?

In order to give you the best price possible all of our prices are quoted FOB Miamitown, Ohio.

7. Do you have any sort of loyalty or rebate program for large purchases?


8. Will we be assigned a personal sales rep?

Yes. I will handle all of your orders.

9. What?s the next trade show you will be attending, and do you offer trade show specials if I come out to see you?

We just got back from the CAMEX show in Dalles. We were invited to attend a large box retailer?s show in April. We will let you know of future events.

10. If we have a product we want from a brand you carry, but it?s not in your inventory, can you special order it for us?

Merchandise Inc. is a wholesale distributor so we have over 9,000 SKU?s that we carry in our warehouse. We have access to many others.

11. Can we pay you with a credit card up front?

We only accept payment via ACH or wire transfer.

12. Do you have everything you sell on some sort of spreadsheet, CSV file, at an FTP site, or any kind of file that I can use to import your items into my PO system? Does the file have UPC codes? (Please note that a product catalogue PDF will not import into my PO system.)
