RETURN POLICY:
Only Manufacturer's defects are covered. NEW ITEMS: Merchandise may be returned within 10 business days after receipt. Any non-damaged items returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee. To return, you must obtain a RA # (Return Authorization Number) from our office. This number must be placed on the box(es) that are being returned. Returned boxes without a RA # will be refused by our warehouse. Please put a note to list the items returned and the reasons for return. Returned merchandise must be in new and resalable condition. Any items in old (not New) condition will not be credited, and they will be returned as is to the sender at his or her expenses. Credit amount for each item will be the lower price between our current P3 prices and the lower paid price paid by the customer. USED/ OLD ITEMS: Any sold, opened, damaged by wear and tear or used items CANNOT be returned.
