ABOUT US:
We sell WHOLESALE ONLY to retail businesses and the minimum amount we will ship is $100.00. All Customers must first create an account and then fax in the required proof of business with "ATTN: New Account". Businesses located in Florida must fax in the signed Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax. All other businesses located outside Florida must fax their annual resale certificate issued by the state. Any accounts created that do not provide the required proof of business will be deleted. If some items are not in stock the customer will be alerted by email. Customer will be refunded for the unavailable items or customer may opt to replace them with different items. Some items will be reordered and can be shipped at a later time if customer chooses. Orders of which payments are confirmed by 2pm will be shipped on the same day. If payment is confirmed after 2pm, same day shipping is not guaranteed. Orders will be shipped the following business day. All items are inspected for defect prior shipping. Sometimes items may break during delivery. Customers have 24 hours to alert us by email or fax of any damages caused during delivery. We do not accept returns or make exchanges other than for items damaged during delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping charges for any and all returned items.
