Our shipping charge rate is being calculated according to the total amount of your order per shipment if you are inside continental USA: (Shipping address must be a street address. Add an extra 12% if the shipping address is a post office box or if you prefer a US postal shipping service. Asking for shipping charge in advance before you place order if you are not inside continental USA).
(1) Order less than $100 .............. $18.00 flat rate for shipping and handling
(2) Order $100 to $249.99 .............. 17.5%
(3) Order $250 to $749.99 .............. 15%
(4) Order $750 and up .................. free shipping
We'll charge the shipping on your credit card according to the above mentioned rate AFTER you have checked out from our shopping cart system. Please add the shipping charge according to the above
rate if you are paying by a check or through PayPal.
Re: Shipping Policy
Your order will be shipped within 2 to 5 working days by FedEx ground or other carrier at our option according to the size of your order.
Re: Return Policy
We double check the products before shipping. However, just in case, we will replace the defected items with new ones promptly. We will pay for the round trip shipping charges if it is our fault. Or refund the money if new ones are not available. For a return due to any other reasons, the products must be un-used and there will be a 15% re-stocking fee, plus the round-trip shipping charges on buyers. For all returns, please email or call us for obtaining a return authorization code before sending it back to us.

Our Animal Slippers are for wholesaling by cases only. There are 16 pairs in one style in a case. Re: Out of Stock issue
Occasionally some items may go out of stock before we are able to update our inventory. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock, we will notify you by email immediately. If you don't want to have any substitute item, we will refund your money for out of stock items immediately.
