By purchasing any item from Turkey Creek Trading Company, the buyer expressly warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Turkey Creek Trading Company for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of the item in violation of applicable federal, state, and local laws or regulations.

PAYMENT ACCEPTED:
1. COD, Money Order, Certified Check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Credit card customers must have their order shipped to the billing address shown on their monthly credit card statement. 2. COD, Company Check, and Net 30 open accounts will require a credit application.

MINIMUM ORDER :
1. $100.00 is the minimum order. 2. For all orders less than minimum, there will be a $15.00 surcharge added to the order.

SHIPPING METHODS:
Shipping Terms: 1. Unless otherwise specified, all shipments are sent via UPS Ground from our warehouse in Baltimore. 2. Overnight, 2-day, 3-day and Saturday delivery are unavailable upon request.

RETURN POLICY:
1. All claims on a shipment must be made with in 24 hours of receiving the shipment. 2. Only merchandise having manufacturing defects will be accepted for replacement. Misused or improperly cared for products will not be accepted for replacement. 3. Merchandise accepted for return for reasons other than manufacturing defects or errors are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
