For retail orders a 14-day money back guarantee on all watches purchased from Watch Time Inc. The 14-day money back period starts from the day of receipt of merchandise. We do not charge any restocking fees however shipping and handling charges are not refundable for any reason. There will be no refund on used or worn watches. After trying on the watch you have purchased if it is not entirely your liking, you would like to return it follow the return instruction giudeline.
