Baby Inspires New Line

Oct 1, 2008

Shopping for her new baby girl, Charisma, has inspired Rosanna Tran of Aliz International Inc. to develop a new line of lightweight waterproof nylon Betty Boop licensed bags.

The line consists of a laptop case, messenger bag, shoulder clutch, an overnight bag, wallet and last but not least, a diaper bag with changing pad. "Trendy moms everywhere can carry a matching laptop case with diaper bag, what a breakthrough," exclaims Tran. The unit is available in both black and pink.

In addition, Aliz has added a new license. "I have met Jacque Pierro, a former Disney artist and the creator of, "Hey Poodle," in Las Vegas at the WWD Magic Show, and later found out she lives only five minutes away from me in Orlando," Tran reports.

"Guess what happens when a cartoon artist met with a handbag designer? Together we created a line of young, energetic, unique and functional handbags and luggage for our American fashionistas who just want to add some fun to their daily life."

The result, "Hey Poodle," is a new brand featuring a group of empowered young women of varying ages with diverse backgrounds. They are hip, smart, and fashionable young friends who greet each other with the stylish line, "Hey Poodle!" "Hey Poodle appeals to young women and girls who are hungry for intelligent, inspiring, and uplifting women in their lives with a lot of sass and fun," Tran explains.

On another front, Aliz International is sponsoring, "Teens Go Green Global," a volunteer group founded by Miss Florida Junior Sweetheart, Elizabeth Tran, another member of the Tran clan. Its purpose is to raise awareness among teenagers to help protect the environment, utilizing the four 4 "Rs:" "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Respect."

The latest projects include "Elvis Go Green" and "Queens Go Green" totes. Both totes are made of 100 percent eco-friendly, non-woven material. "Elvis Presley is a legend and his image is timeless," Tran points out. "This will certainly awaken the public's awareness of our environment."

"The Queens Go Green totes were introduced at the Miss America Outstanding Teen tradeshow and they were all sold out," Tran reports. "Our American Beauty queens are sweet, nice, inspiring role models, and they certainly care about our environment and they can set examples for the others to follow." Proceeds from the eco-friendly totes go to support, "Teens Go Green Global."

Aliz International continues to operate in two locations, Orlando, FL and Los Angeles, to serve its customers better. Volume orders FOB China are also welcome, Tran adds.
