Canine Welcome Signs

May 1, 2009

SJT ENTERPRISES INC. makes "Welcome" wood signs, depicting a choice of 48 different dog breeds. They include the most popular breeds, determined by sales of SJT's other dog related merchandise, and the American Kennel Club.

The signs are five inches high and 10 inches wide, and the dog images are portraits that have been commissioned and licensed from an array of artists who have depicted each breed in intricate detail and authentic colors. The Dog Breed Welcome Signs are made in the U.S. They are part of the company's Love & Laughter wooden plaque series that encompasses 86 images, including eight of cats, as well as the dog images on the welcome signs.

SJT offers a variety of display options for its Dog Breed Welcome Signs. One contains four signs each of the 48 different breeds. The six foot tall, four wing, spinner floor display unit is free with the 192 units, and the displayer wholesales for $535.68, which represents a wholesale price of $2.79 per sign.

The suggested retail price is at least $5.99, and $9.99 in some retail locations. Retailers have the option of selecting signs of breeds that are especially popular in their own geographic area, instead of taking all 48 of the most popular nationwide. In addition, they can reorder in increments of a single sign.
