RightNow Delivers CRM Solution

Jul 1, 2007

RightNow Technologies debuts RightNow Retail, a new offering that combines next generation customer relationship management (CRM) solution with extensive experience working with many leading retailers, including Cabela's,, and Sharper Image.

It is based on RightNow 8, the companies on demand solution for service, sales and marketing. RightNow Retail includes industry best practices that can help retailers improve conversion rates, increase customer loyalty and drive sales. It is also available under RightNow's software-as-a-service delivery model, which allows quick implementation, without having to make extensive investments in infrastructure.

"Discounts and deals may help drive shoppers online or into stores, but service is the only way to keep them coming back," said Greg Gianforte, CEO of RightNow. "The single most effective way to differentiate from the competition is through great customer experiences."

To drive conversion rates, RightNow Retail helps retailers deliver tailored messages to the right shoppers at the right time. According to the recent Online Retail Report, 68 percent of consumers said they were compelled to browse a website after receiving an email from a retailer. RightNow Retail is designed to provide thorough and accurate insight into every customer and interaction, to drive sales and turn one time buyers into repeat customers.

RightNow is headquartered in Bozeman, Montana. For more information, please visit
