Scents That Sell

For men, their interpretation of Theirry Mugler® A*Men, called King Sky, has been moving quickly, while women's fragrances are spread out between several different scents. For women, Elyakim suggests Seduction, a rendition of Euphoria by Calvin Klein?, and the entire Omerta line, which hosts a more naturalistic collection of jasmine, bourbon vanilla and lotus flower combinations.

Wholesale prices range from $1 to $10, with the suggested retail averaging $10 to $50. The minimum fragrance order varies, depending on the shipment destination. Within the continental U.S. the minimum order is $100, whereas international sellers must meet a $3,000 price point. If a customer reaches an order volume of 200 cases, regardless of location, bulk buyers' discounts are available.

Elyakim notes that most customers prefer to operate through the website, placing their orders online. For many, taking the online route allows access to their orders status at any time, from any place, with the help of a laptop or smartphone. The continuing growth of these technologies increases the demand for wholesalers to keep up the pace with their own sites. While the site's navigation menus are simple, arranging product in a way that is inviting and easily understood requires revisions on a regular basis. In order to encourage international sales, the site also features a dropdown menu of languages, so that all text on can be immediately and accurately translated. This option renders the site more conducive to international sales than others that fail to take language barriers into consideration. It may be just another box to click, but it is one that helps Elyakim and his associates provide exceptional customer service.

Great customer service is what Veneto Wholesale does best, Elyakim stresses. "Once, one customer who orders huge bulk shipments from us on a regular basis needed an order shipped the same day," Elyakim recalls. "She needed the order in time for a show, so we got in contact with the shipper and made arrangements for her on short notice. We were able to accommodate her and she was very pleased." Elyakim attributes the company's ongoing success to excellent discount prices offered on a huge variety of great quality products to all customers.
