Return Policy
AAA Distributor accepts returns within 14 days of order date and 25% restocking fees will apply on stock items only. To receive a partial refund, merchandise must be undamaged, unopened, in its original condition, packaging, with all accessories included, and clear of any markings. Assembled cabinets are not returnable.No returns or exchanges are accepted on custom or non-stock products.Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible to pay all shipping/freight and delivery charges on all items shipping back to AAA Distributor's warehouse at 2501 Grant Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19114. DAMAGE INSPECTION - completely inspect the contents of each box, regardless of the condition of the outside of the box. Count, open & inspect entire contents BEFORE signing for the shipment!If damage to the boxes, products and / or shortage is observed, note damaged items and / or shortages on the delivery receipt.Inspection is not the driver?s responsibility, so please be sure that you are the one making note of the damage on ALL of the driver?s copies of receipts.Failure to note damages / shortages at the time of delivery releases AAA Distributor, Inc. from all liability; therefore, you are responsible for any replacement costs. Specific notation of damage to the carton and product is required.If you signed for the carton without notating any damage on the delivery receipt you have signed the goods as ?Free and Clear.? If the received product is damaged or any of the product components are missing/defective from the received package we will normally complete the replacement order within 14-24 weeks or sooner. All replacements must be made prior to installation, otherwise replacements will not be granted. Report all missing, or defective products within 24 hours of the delivery date; otherwise, claims will not be accepted.

PAYMENT OPTIONS You have the option to pre-pay orders with cash, check, or credit card (please note, all credit card payments are subject to 5% processing fee). If you pay with a check, allow 10 business days for check to be cleared before delivery or pick-up. To have the option of paying C.O.D. (COLLECT ON DELIVERY), you will need to fill out the C.O.D. Application. When items are delivered, you are responsible to pay the driver with cash or certified check only. If you pay with a check, allow 10 business days for check to be cleared before delivery or pick-up. If you qualify, you can have the option to Net 15/30 terms. Apply by filling out the Credit Application and allow 2-4 weeks for processing (credit application must be fully filled out). Cash or check is accepted upon payment date. Please note, all credit card payments are subject to 5% processing fee. A 5% processing fee will apply if payment is made with Visa, MasterCard. If payment is made with credit card you have to fax or e-mail us filled out Credit Card Authorization Form with a copy of your valid driver license (driver license must have the same name as it appears on the credit card). STANDARD CURBSIDE DELIVERY/SHIPPING Curbside Delivery ? the customer is required to help unload items from off the back of the freight truck. Driver will not bring any merchandise into a residence or commercial facility. You do not have to physically enter the truck. We strongly recommend that you have a minimum of 2 adults available to assist you with receiving your order. Freight trucks are large and can often be actual tractor trailers. If the road in which the package is being delivered is narrow or remote by the freight carrier?s required standards, the delivery truck may not be able to fit and accommodate delivery. If a delivery to home is requested, additional fees may be required to accommodate. In this instance, the delivery will need to be arranged at the closest main road. Returns for this reason are considered as a refusal and subject to our standard return policy. Freight delivery drivers are not full service movers and do not bring merchandise inside a buyer's residence or commercial facility due to liability. They also do not unpack and remove the merchandise from the shipping cartons or pallets. It is the buyer's responsibility to do this, as is in the case with any order that is purchased online and shipped. The buyer is also responsible for discarding any shipping materials and wooden freight pallet if applicable. If you have scheduled delivery/shipping and no one is present to receive the order at that time, a redelivery fee, freight fee, and all return freight charges will be applied. Other fees may be applied. AAA Distributor ships anywhere in the continental US with exclusion of US Protectorates, Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO, South America, Oceania, Central America and Caribbean (including Puerto Rico), Virgin Islands, PO Box. PICK UP ? STORAGE AAA Distributor, Inc. will contact you within 2-5 business days once your order is available for pick up. It is AAA Distributor?s policy to deliver or schedule immediate pick-up as soon as items have been pulled from stock and/or assembled. Please, place an order if you are available to pick up the order within 5 business days after the order is ready. If you are not ready or unable to pick up the order once it is ready a storage fee will apply. For every day the pick up or delivery date is delayed following 5 business days of the ready order, a storage fee of $25 will apply, per day. Warehouse Pick Up. Customers are fully responsible for the items once paperwork and receipt of items has been signed. Safety Rules & Customer Responsibilites During Pick Up. By picking up any products from our warehouse you must understand and agree to the terms and conditions below. Failure to follow the safety rules below may cause property damage including but not limited to customer's vehicle, personal injury, and/or death. ? Customer is fully responsible for an entire loading process during pick-up ? Customer must know and follow loading weight limits and overall loading dimensional limits of his vehicle?s cargo area ? Customer must never use passenger seats as a cargo area ? Customer is fully responsible to secure cargo in the cargo area of your vehicle ? Customer must know and maintain safe speed limits while driving his vehicle with loaded cargo area ? Customer must know and follow safety rules while loading and unloading cargo from the vehicle?s cargo area ? Customer must not use any warehouse machinary (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) ? Customer must not lift any products without assistance of a second person ? Customer is responsible for inspection of the products and product packaging are being picked up before loading to his vehicle ? AAA Distributor, Inc. shall not be held liable for any consequetial damages due to loading and unloading and securing cargo load
