Return Policy
1. Final Sales All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges without prior authorization. 2. Authorization and Reporting To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 3. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must: Be in their original packaging Remain unused, unworn, and free from any marks or labels 4. Non-Refundable Fees All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 5. Incorrect Merchandise If you receive incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to resolve the issue. 6. Store Credit Approved returns will be issued store credit, which is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. After 30 days, store credit will expire. 7. No Cash Refunds We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. 8. Credit Terms DK HAWAIIAN COLLECTIONS does not provide any form of credit, such as net 30 terms. If wrong merchandise is received, please contact us immediately or within 7 days or receipt. Store credit will be valid for 30 days. Once 30 days have lapsed, store credit becomes null and void. DK HAWAIIAN COLLECTIONS does not extend any form of credit (i.e. 30 day net).
Minimum Order
