    We ship all furniture orders to the continental US and Canada only by UPS or Trucking company.

    Most orders will be shipped within 7 business days after payment has been received.

    Your shipping charge will include delivery to your front door or garage at the same address. Inside home deliveries are available at an additional charge.

    To ensure safety, your furniture will be carefully wrapped, packed and palletized. In the unfortunate event that your merchandise arrives with damage, please note the damage on the delivery ticket and contact us immediately.
    Please do not refuse delivery of an entire shipment due to damage of a particular item, as this will delay replacement of damaged merchandise. Any noted damage will be fixed or replaced at no cost to you.

    Local customers are welcome to pick up at our warehouse. Please call or email us for appointment.

    Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund minus all shipping charges. Please email or call us for an authorization number. All items must be returned in original packaging in new condition. Merchandise without original packaging will be refused.     Drop Shipping is a process in which the wholesale purchaser has merchandise sent directly from the wholesaler (blind) to the purchaser's customer.

Drop Shipping orders will have no mention of anywhere on the box or on any invoice. The return address on the box will be yours. As far as your customer knows, we do not exist. When they re-order, it will be from you, not us.

    Most Drop Shipping orders are shipped without an invoice, although we will put one in the box if you fax or email it to us along with a request to do so.

    All Drop Shipping orders must be prepaid. We charge a drop shipping handling fee of $3.00 per order.
