About Our Company

Hi, I am Judith Foster owner and creator of Lu Lu?s Sud?s. I was raised in the big city of San Diego California. Growing up I always wanted to live on a farm and have a bunch of animals. In 2004 I got my dream when my husband (Rob) and I bought some land out in the country for us and our four boys. We quickly turned it into a farm and sanctuary for unwanted animals. The first thing I did was adopt two horses Bones and Winnie. Lu Lu was the first goat that we adopted and matriarch of the herd. My friend Jenny dropped off another goat named Dolly, an obnoxious troublemaker. So then one goat turned into two then three then four now fourteen lol. I started with making cheese like crazy with all the milk, but my poor family could only eat so much cheese, yogurt etc. Next, I discovered soap making and loved it. At the time I was selling organic free-range turkeys (150). I included a free soap when you purchased a turkey. What a deal! Everyone loved the soap and wanted more. Everyone?s next request was lotion so then Lu Lu?s Sud?s lotion was created. Next in the saga of Lu Lu?s Sud?s, my Son Brandon and his wife Jayme were expecting their first child, so I created Belly Balm to help with stretch marks, then Udder (Nipple) Cream (no lanolin) and then for my grandson?s sensitive hinny Nana's Hinny Butt Paste for Babies Bottoms in a tube so you don't get your fingers messy. Next for my son Tyler, (who can grow a full beard in like two days) I created the shave bars and beard balm. There is a story for each product that we have. Family, friends and neighbors love me as they all get to be the testers for all the products I keep creating. Not only do I get to do what I love I get to work with my other son Nicholas who got out of the sales world to help expand the family business. Considering I am addicted to my adorable goat?s personalities creating more products means I get to have more goats! Win Win for Everyone (except for my poor tired husband)!
