PLACING AN ORDER

Placing an order at Roden Surplus Imports is very simple. When you come across the item you are interested in, click on it. This will bring up a large picture and a long description that contains the case pack. The case pack here is the key. You will need to remember the case pack...you can write it down...copy and paste it..etc. Once you click "Add To Cart," the order form will have all the information about the item except the case pack. This is where you simply type in the case pack in the quantity blank. EXAMPLE: If the case pack is 12 and you want 1 case, you would click "Add To Cart" and put a 12 in the quantity blank. However, if you wanted to purchase 4 cases, you would simply put 48 in the quantity blank. Then click "Update Subtotal" on each item. You repeat this process with each item until you are finished with the order The database does all of the calculations and keeps up with your current total. Just click "Update Subtotal" to get your current total.

Once you are finished placing the order, click the "Check Out" option. You will then be prompted to fill out the necessary information about you and your company. Name, address, phone, payment method, etc. This is a secure site and 100% safe! ANY cancelled order will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. We are not responsible for any content error, typographical error, or any other error that may occur in product descriptions.

Payment Method

We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, and PAYPAL (Visa, MC, AM EX, Discover). Please understand that placing an order using PayPal as your payment method could take longer than just supplying us with a credit card number. You must pay for your order via PayPal before we will process it; then we will contact you once we have shipping charges for you to pay the remaining balance. You can access our PayPal account using Sales@Rodenimports.com. It is our goal to process orders ASAP, and if we have to wait on payment via mail, this slows the process. However, we do accept Bank Wires, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges are determined once the order has been processed. We determine if the order is cheaper shipping UPS or LTL freight. Residential deliveries do carry a higher charge. The best luck we have experience in shipping residential orders is ordering enough (20 cases or more) to ship via pallet. We have a tremendous LTL discount. However, this method requires you having to pick the merchandise up at your local terminal (RESIDENTIAL) to receive the BEST discount. All commercial shipments automatically receive the discount. At any rate, we will find you the BEST shipping rate possible.

Trinity, Alabama: Our main showroom is located in Trinity, Alabama. Our complete product inventory can be seen here. All items are in stock and ready to be shipped. Our showroom at this location is open Monday - Friday 8:00-4:00 Central Standard Time.
Chicago, Illinois: Please contact us if you are planning on being in the Chicago area. Our showroom is open for selected trade shows. It is located at 2400 East Devon Ave., Suite # 137, Des Plaines, IL.

Minimum Order

Our minimum order is $99.00. However, we recommend on items such as glassware and collectibles a larger order to be placed so that it can be shipped via freight line. This will be a better guarantee of your goods arriving to you in the same shape that they left our warehouse.

Terms

Net 15 and 30 terms are available depending on the size of the order and the supplied credit references.
