If you receive a broken or defective item, you must immediately send a photo of the broken item(s) to us in Email,Immediately with in 48hours after shipment arrived. CS at Simpleglasspipe.com We will not honor any damages or missing items if they are not claimed within 48 hours after products have been received. It is your responsibility to check that products are not damaged before putting items on your shelf.
