Merchandise Restrictions: No knives or other weapons, No Pellet Guns, NO Toy Cap Guns, NO Toy Clicker Guns, NO Toy Potato Guns or any other type of TOY Weapons, NO Magic Ink, NO Fart Bombs, No Stink Bombs, NO Projectiles. Note: Vendors had been told they could sell toy cap guns prior to setting up by the Festival Chair Person. A few hours into the festival, the 2nd Vice President of the Board went to all vendors and ordered them to take the Toy Cap & Clicker Guns off of their tables in a not - so nice way. When he was informed that the festival chair lady over the flea market had given them permission to sell cap & clicker guns he rudely said cruel and belittling remarks about her to the vendors and patrons in the vendor's booths. FESTIVAL BOARD ATTITUDE: Scale of 1 - 10 = 4. Festival Board 2nd Vice President's Attitude toward vendors and their merchandise: Scale of 1 - 10 = -5. Flea Market Chair Person : Scale of 1-10 = 10. She was very attentive to the vendor's needs & concerns about the numerous merchandise restrictions which was under-mined by the obnoxious, rude attitude of the 2nd Vice President of the Board.
