*Claims for shortages or defective goods must be made within 5 business days after receiving the merchandise. No claims will be filed for damages of less than 5% of your order.

*Any returned items, other than damaged or incorrect, will incur a restocking fee of 25%. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. No initial shipping costs can be refunded.
