To purchase wholesale you must operate one of the following that is appropriate for our products: a retail store, a business, a professional practice. You must provide us with your re-seller tax number issued by your state. Ordering: Unless you're ordering just a sample pack, a minimum first order of $100.00 before shipping is required. Actual shipping rates will be added when order is processed. You may place your order by phone, e-mail, on our website or with one of our sales representatives. Our office hours are: Monday ? RETURN POLICY:
You may return most new, unopened items with original tags still attached to the items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the original shipping costs. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). Otherwise, if you want to return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee getting the product back to us. Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number. If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the correct size/color. Then simply return back the first order that you do not want and we will refund the first order entirely. When you return your order, please include the original packing slip so we can tie the return back to your account. Also please make a note in with it that you have already reordered and would like a refund on the returned item. Refused / Return To Sender - If you refuse an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping.
