Developed together with Usablenet, a mobile web platform used by leading brands, the ShopNBC mobile platform can be accessed from smart phones and devices such as the iPhone, iPod Touch, Blackberry, Palm Pre and Droid. More than 10,000 products are offered, which can be searched by keyword or item number. Customers can also check daily specials, and even check order and shipping status.

In April of last year, ShopNBC gained the distinction of being the first TV shopping retailer with its very own application for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Now, version two of the iPhone application is being made available as a free download from iTunes. Offering a more user-friendly, comprehensive interface, the new version builds on the success of the original.
