Winter 2017 Philadelphia Gift Show Highlights

Oct 13, 2016

The winter 2017 edition of the Philadelphia Gift Show will return to the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center with an early January 6-9, 2017 date, making it the first gift show of the season for Northeast retailers. Sweetening the pot, the show will also co-locate with the Philadelphia National Candy, Gift & Gourmet Show, adding tremendous cross-over buying potential to the full roster of products and services retailers will find when they arrive in January.

"The Philadelphia Gift Show is the perfect place to find top lines and new introductions from the region's favorite manufacturers and sales representatives, local artisans, regional specialties and American-made resources all in a convenient and cost-effective setting," explains Russ Turner, show director, Philadelphia Gift Show. "To add to the excitement, we're also co-locating with the Philadelphia National Candy, Gift & Gourmet Show which promises to provide show attendees with countless new opportunities to refresh and enhance their own store offerings."

Building upon last year's successful collocation, the 135th Philadelphia National Candy, Gift & Gourmet Show will once again co-locate with the Philadelphia Gift Show here at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center. Sponsored by the Retail Confectioners Association of Philadelphia, this is America's largest show dedicated to the retail confectioner. Running from Saturday, January 7 - Monday, January 9 this event's versatile selection, including confectionery, candy, chocolate and gourmet specialties, candy-making equipment, packaging and plush items offers many complementary buying opportunities for gift retailers.

The Philadelphia Gift Show offers retailers a one-stop shop to get a first-hand look at best-selling product and up-and-coming designs in everything from giftware, decorative accessories, tabletop and fashion accessories, to toys and games, designer/artisan items and more. With a laser-focus on the region it serves and area retailers' specialized buying needs, the Philadelphia Gift Show brings together unique artisan designs and other up-and-coming products that are unique to this part of the country.
