The Philadelphia Buyers Market of American Craft, which has been in operation twice a year for more than 25 years, will take place August 2-4 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center at 1101 Arch Street in Philadelphia. It is sponsored by the Rosen Group, which says this is the nation's largest wholesale trade show for wholesale craft buyers. There are approximately 1,500 exhibitors and more than 9,000 buyers from 3,000 companies in the U.S. and Canada. The categories include hand crafted jewelry, fine gifts, home accessories, handbags, art glass, holiday décor, ceramics, furniture, furnishings and more. TradeShow Week magazine has twice named the Buyers Market one of the 50 fastest growing trade shows in America. Exhibitors, according to the Rosen Group, realize more than $38 million during the three day exhibit. There are also numerous seminars and networking events.
