Return Policy
Return Policy Only damaged merchandise (by delivery company) or manufacturer defect may be returned. If you receive broken or defective merchandise or shortages, you must contact us within one (1) business day of receiving your order. NO EXCEPTIONS! Any claim made after that will have to be forfeited. When reporting broken merchandise we ask that you please keep the contents in the original packaging for five (5) business days after contacting us. In addition you must also contact us to notify us of any returns within 15 days of your purchase delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Minimum Order
We do ask that you make at least a $150.00 minimum purchase, and with such a wide variety of products it's hard not to!! New discounted prices everyday. Call, fax or email for quantity or case prices.

You also understand that you can be removed from the list at anytime by following the 'unsubscribe' link on each e-mail campaign. Shipping and Handling: We use UPS for shipping and, depending on the size of your order order, we ocassionally ship freight as well. Shipping rates will not show up on your order because they are based on the weight and dimensions of your package and/or pallet. You may call us to get a rough estimate of what shipping would cost, but keep in mind that it is just an estimate.(We will not be able to do estimates on freight ltl.) Payment: · First time purchases have to be made with a valid credit card purchase. · After a business relationship has been established, you may apply for C.O.D. money order or cashier's check purchases. · Orders prepaid will be shipped after checks are cleared.
